2 people are needed to collect and deliver the furniture, which is located up stairs on the 1st floor of a private residence. I need you to provide some sort of protection for the furniture to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
I am not sure of the measurements of the bed and bookcase, and I don't know the weights of any of the items, I have just been told that they are heavy.
