The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The weight of the machine was listed 3,000 lbs under its actual weight. After speaking to the seller we learned the wheels were also filled with foam adding additional weight to the equipment. We offered the customer a new rate to which he declined. We decided to part ways and asked him to relist the shipment to the Uship with the correct weight to receive more accurate pricing.
