The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Piano must be disassembled to move and weighs closer to 600lbs rather than 250lbs.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My description of the move was accurate. A baby grand Piano 60x57. I did know the weight.. I’m now being told is’t 600lbs My Piano is no different then any other 5 foot piano.
This service provide never move a piano.. he didn’t have the proper equipment. I should have called before booking.
