The pick up and drop off teams were both ready and very helpful, loading and unloading were both very quick and smooth.

Driver was unreachable until the day we were scheduled for pickup, and then wasn't available for several days to pickup. Both the pickup and delivery locations had heavy-duty forklifts rented for the original day, so this was a significant cost to delay. I eventually got into a cadence texting the driver, and the actual pickup, travel, and delivery were smooth and no damage. But the driver should communicate more proactively in the future and meet deadlines.
