After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer hello. after i contact directly the customer i had a contradictory conversation with him. i'd tryed to explain him that the bigger trailer required for the transportation of the biggest car from the lote of 4 cars has a mechanical problem that will be solved asap. and i tryed to schedule the pick up for 2 cars within 1 day and at the beggining of the next week the bigger car. i supose that from his anterior experience with other transport companyes he has unconffidence in all the transporters

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Guten Morgen, es passiert nun schon zum zweiten Mal bei Uship das ein Spediteur annimmt und dann einen Tag vor Abholung sich meldet der LKW wäre angeblich defekt. Jetzt könne er nur 2 Fahrzeuge holen und bei den anderen beiden soll ich mich woanders um einen Transport kümmern. Bitte um Stornierung ich begebe mich auf eine neue Suche.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Wir sind ein Unternehmen das seit 30 Jahren hier ansässig ist. So eine unprofessionelle Spedition habe ich noch nie erlebt. Seit 10 Tagen versuche ich Telefonisch, sowie per Email, mehrmals jemanden zu erreichen. Wir benötigen nun keinen Transport mehr, da wir uns auf unzuverlässige Firmen nicht einlassen möchten.
