Did not show up with a liftfare as required by the order. Also the whole truck was a mess inside and my shipment couldve easily been damaged. Didnt get a delivery date/time until 5 minutes before they showed up

Even though shipment was described as bundle, driver would not take item until
pallettized

Company never picked up the shipment, kept delaying the saye the item would be pocked up and then canceled 1.5 weeks after they were scheduled to originally het the item. Very little to no communication.
