The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We got a phone call from the Service Provider telling us that their driver was at Copart and he could not load the unit because its weight was different than the one which had been put on Uship by one of our employees. Besides, Copart told the driver that there was no way to help him loading. We expressed our appologies to the Service Provider for the mistake written by that employee of ours and they accepted. In addition, they are very polite.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On December 9th we booked with that Service Provider through Uship. Then, we called the contact which appears at the contract and he told us that his driver would pick up our customer's vehicle the following day (December 10th) and would do the delivery on December 13th. We sent him all the information about the vehicle (Buyer Id, Stock number, etc)because it was coming from an auction so the time is crucial whenever a driver intends to pick any vehicle there. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider had not have any driver to arrange the transportation yet. To make matters worse, the dealer where the machine is located is having a dispute with our customer (machine's owner) suggesting us that they both would team up with the shipment of it. We both (ourselves and the service provider)were not aware of that during the moment. That's why, we want to cancel the service with this provider.
