Had to ask multiple times for updates on a delivery timeframe. I did receive very quick responses via email, but was told on Monday a Tuesday or Wednesday delivery timeframe. They didn't contact the customer to discuss that info with her immediately, but finally gave a Wednesday 7 am delivery time and wasn't delivered until 3 hours later. Response from teejay71: Erin we appreciate your business and apologize for your unfortunate experience with us. The Holiday Season played a factor with delays and lack of communication. The driver wanted to spend the Holiday and focus on his family as well. I am hoping that we will get a chance to work with you again in the future to give you and your customer a better experience.
