Yes, positive & super nice people. Everybody was nice, from beginning to end. I lost contact for a short time, which had me worried. But I managed to 'find' them just in time thanks to their son's help. I really enjoyed dealing with this family. Anytime you guys can use my services, I hope you contact me. I may come around & camp in your area & go for a ride--on pavement..... I could not follow you on your classic off-road bike. Enjoy & win many races & get those kids involved in the Church.

This man went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the shipment process! He made sure it was a convient time for us when scheduling pick up and delivery. Our shipment had to come all the way accross the states and he called to let us know how it was going.He left his number so we could reach him anytime. He was courteous and professional. Even when I changed all my contact info half way through the shipping, he tracked me down. I look forward to accepting his bid on future shipments!

Thank you for your kind words..... I was a little worried when I 'lost you'. Not being able to get a hold of you was a little scary. I could see myself having to keep the bike on the trailer for an extended period of time. I was relieved when I finally heard back from you. I did put everyone on alert. I'm glad it all worked out. Then when the bike did not start I started worrying again--can't engage the clutch....remember that!.. I must say, I enjoyed the overall episode, looking back on it.
