The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped when We arrived to pick up the trailers the auction company Dropped a trailer when they was bringing to pickup point. destroying the Jack and twisting the frame. I contacted the Customer and sent pictures. He contacted the auction house and was refunded. The Other trailed had other damages the was done after the photos for the auction was taken the Customer was Refunded. Great Customer to work with and Straight forward.
