The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have waited 20 days for a pickup. There is no indication of a future pickup date. I am done with Swift.

I’m a 65-year-old Texas rancher. I have lots of shipping and people experience. I once owned a cattle trucking company. I am bristley and hard to please. Things should be done one way. The right way. I am happy to state that this entire process was amazing. Very good communication. If anything, the driver was early and not late. Very nice person loaded and delivered the car. Car was loaded and secured professionally. I can ASSURE you, I will seek out Swift if I ever need to move a car again.
