The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The list of items was 4 items with the understanding that there was more including a couch and some boxes. When I spoke with them on the phone they told me about many more items then were listed. I had her send me a list of items in the storage unit. I can not transport all that stuff for $500. Had i knew there was that much stuff I would have never bid it that cheap. Seth

If I could give 100 stars to Noel I would. He responds immediately to emails and his communication with us was top notch. Please do not think twice about using his services. His rates are extremely fair and we are extremely pleased.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I mentioned other items as well. I am new to uship that is why I entered that other paragraph to add things. I was not going to pay $850.00 as he asked for in a personal email because I do not have that many things. This was his third offer. The first was $750.00 and when I declined that offer he told me to get a uhaul and move it myself. I felt that was not very professional and I did not respond to such ignorance. The listing showed 4 items to be shipped. Then I bid they decline, I rebid after they tell me they have a couch and a few boxes. They accept the bid and then tell me they have a 10x15 storage unit full of things. I just can not afford to ship that amount of stuff that cheap. I bid is job as filler, not a complete load. I hope everyone understands how important it is to fill out the list properly. Be up front with us so we bid it properly. That will prevent things like this (sorry). Seth
