Unfortunately, I can't recommend this shipper. My first contact with him after booking was receiving a text message saying he'd be arriving to pick up the piano in 2 hours. My 90 year old grandmother had to scramble to get the piano ready to ship. Then they were late. Similar situation happened with drop-off, I was left waiting for 3 hours after they originally said they'd arrive. Other communication was fairly good. Description was inaccurate, they used a Penske truck, not a Mercedes Benz van.

This isn’t accurate/ fair feedback cause I’ve explained the delaying Reason which is a mechanical issue that’s why I had To rent the truck to make your moving happen, I’ve also made a favor by drop it off at your final destination where no one would accept to go to this area and didn’t wanna cause you hard time to deliver it in a city even thought There was a possibility to drop it in a city Was listed but, I’ve assumed I’m making a favor, your item shipped and delivered East cost to OR In 5days
