There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The price the customer wanted was way too low for one of our trucks to accept the shipment. The customer refused to pay more than what they wanted, we agreed to cancel the shipment order.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After multiple calls and emails, the service provider finally told me they could not accommodate my LTL shipment, and only offered a full truckload shipment at more than three times the original quote. This is not feasible for us.
