After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper and i had established pick up for Friday, February 22nd. Shipper did not contact me after friday had passed. Contacted the shipper directly and he stated he could be there sunday the 23rd by 8pm. Once again, i did not hear from him and had to contact him. He stated monday 6pm afterward. Shipper arrived late, at 7:50pm., and demanded a price increase due to his issue with space. The dimensions of the items were accurate and stated within the posting. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Spoke with service provider via email. Expressed my concern of the weather, due to rain. He stated he’d wrap each sofa piece in cellophane as well place a tarp over them both. Provider arrived without cellophane wrap. /‘d a dirty truck bed as we’ll I did not feel comfortable trusting them with the cargo and feel as if they came unprepared.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper stated in question thread he would pick up 12/10 by 3pm. Shipper never showed.

Driver literally threatened violence unless payment was released immediately. Will be forwarding text messages to uShip received by driver for them to review. Other than that, prompt service
