The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Yes i did talk to him yesterday for pick up, but as MANY people know, car troubles happen, and unfortunately we cannot predict them. I texted him, because talking to him on the phone was not logical considering i was on the side of a hhighway in the middle of a snow storm. I contacted him as soon as i knew i would not be able to pick up, and then he called me, and spoke very rudely of the situation, i told him i would still be able to pick up, just wasnt sure when. He was extremely rude.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time this provider is untrustworthy in my opinion. he is a liar, he would not call me,only contact was texting.calls 3 hours prior to pick up saying car issues, spoke with him 24 hours earlier and he said all is a good,no worries .now text me saying it would be at least a week to pick up.he cost me money and put me in a bind.i have nothing good to say about this provider and will NEVER USE OR RECCOMEND HIM!!!!!!!!

tony was great to work with,very professional ,excellent communication and extremely punctual! the bike was delivered ahead of schedule,not as much as a scratch on it! would definitely recommend him and use him again.hes a very positive and upbeat person,this was my first experiance with u ship,and i couldnt have asked for a better driver or experience ! thank you again tony,and thank you to u ship!!
