Pick up location and payment code were available upon request. Last-minute customer asked me to meet him in Missouri instead of Illinois. I was unable to accommodate due to previous bookings. He had someone meet me at the destination address. Tex got car sick several times. Is a sweet, loving and gentle dog. NT

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer agreed to meet us in a city close to the expressway instead of us having to drive an hour off the expressway, in return for a lower price on the shipment. Once the shipment was accepted the shipper refused to meet us at the closer location and tried to force us to drive the extra two hours for the same price.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I talked to Nitro Transport, the very first time I have talked to Renee, about the shipment she want me to meet in Joliet, and that was one reason that I didn't go with her first time b/c of that reason I thought only why she said that b/c it was out of her way. I wanted her to deliver to my door however that isn't an option so I am cancelling.

Ben, is awesome shipper that cares about your pets, he is one on one with you and your animal, always kept me updated on my shipment..If I have to get another shipper, I would definitely use him again.
