The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have reached out to customer MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and I am happy to provide those emails, however customer never gets back to me about pick up. I do this route every 7-10 days and it has been very frustrating not getting any response from customer

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time The company did not come to pick the item when they said they would. They accepted the bid and when I paid for it they emailed saying they had already crossed the route. I have requested full refund as it was not a problem from my side. I have not received a refund on this yet

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hi , I paid the full amount and didnot cancel it.Cancellation request is from the service provider after he confirmed and accepted my shipping request. Why should I pay the penalty and get only 90% back ? I want the full refund of $ 124.99 back that I paid and did not get anything for it other than lot of trouble.
