3 because montway customer service responded to me quickly. However, the entire experience was very stressful and that could have been avoided with a tracking that actually updates. The drivers were different and I got dispatch phone number to atleast four different people, none of which responded. Delivery address was changed but never updated and made the driver go to the wrong location. For a second I thought I’d never receive my car. I think communication to the owner should be improved.
