The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After arriving at the pickup location we were unable to load the vehicle with the quipment we brought. We were unable to Hall that particular vehicle because it did not have a transmission which prevented us from using our dolly

Unable to haul the 2002 Volkswagen Eurovan because once my driver arrived at the dealership the transmission was removed by the dealerships mechanic and was not in the Van. Not having front-end support can cause damage to the 2002 Volkswagen Eurovan Van. We explained the situation to the customer and decided to not cause damage to his 2002 Volkswagen Eurovan.
