After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I’m now on the 28th day since booking with this carrier. Communication has been dismal at best, emails have not been returned, I spoke to the shipper on multiple occasions regarding pickup and was told “I’ll check and call you back” only to be ignored. Their voice mail is full, texts have been unsuccessful and I have now incurred hundreds of dollars in storage fees due to a service provider refusing to communicate or perform.
I have since booked with another carrier via a different platform.

Greg communicated well, was ahead of schedule, kept me informed and provided better service than i could have imagined. If there were 6 stars hed of gotten them all. Id use him again if others were less expensive.
