Digs LLC is a carrier I would use without any concerns. They picked up my shipment same day and as scheduled. A video of the Forklift was sent to me loaded and secured on the trailer prior to leaving the shipping site. They delivered the forklift same day and without issues. Digs took the information I gave them for the pickup and delivery and took care of it. No phone calls to ask directions or calls for support. Digs LLC is a carrier that is self managed and knowledgeable with customer service
