The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I did pay the Uship fee of $24 that was added to mt invoice for the agreed to price of $200. Not sure what this shipper is talking about but must be confused. After offering a solution the shipper did not respond. Not a good way to start a Uship business.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I could pick all of the "reasons for cancellation" This guy has been leading me on since early October. It has been nothing but excuses and lie after lie and he- cannot be trusted. i just confirmed with the machine owner that Brent has lied to us again. His communication is lacking and I do not believe he had any intention of ever coming through with a delivery. The quality of your shippers seems to be getting worse. Very disappointing.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer What an interesting chain of events. I have been extremely patient with this shipper and now after going completely missing for 5 days and being a no show for a scheduled pick up she wants to cancel?? She finally called today as if nothing was wrong. I was polite and firm and made it clear that I was disappointed. I was not rude, I was not mean in any way. I politely asked her to please just do what she said she had agreed to do. We agreed to new dates and now she wants to cancel??
