When the bids started coming I was skeptical in trusting the type of transportation that would transport our precious puppy. Lavgrl's bid was perfect and affordable. She provided adequate info. about herself and travel guidelines. She was very professional, thorough, and ensuring. Lavgrl went well out of her way in making it a perfect pet travel experience for all parties especially our pup!
