A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved At booking, customer was didn't have a moving date. We waited a while for customer to confirm move in dates with her new landlord. She customer also had a new request, which was to hold her belongings on the truck for 3 days before we can deliver. And it's only a day drive. With new date change and new requests, we are no longer able to accommodate this move and suggest to customer to request a cancelation and relist her move so that other couriers can bid on the job. New date is on August 7th.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This courier said they could do the shipment 3 weeks ago, and now 3 weeks before my cross-country move are saying they have too many other shipments to do. They were unapologetic and now I have to quickly find a new mover. I can provide screenshots of the text conservation where this occurred if necessary. I will be needing a refund to complete this move as the courier will no longer do it.
