A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Had house purchase problems and rescheduled 3 times.I was still flexible to keep changing dates until closing on a house but shipper said was sending deposit 2 times and never did then became rude when I raised the issue and started cancelation process.Don't need customers that want flexibility from me but no finacial commitment from themself and then rude when asked about it.
