I attempted to pick up vehicle early Sat morning 7/24/10. The van did not run which the ad pointed out but the brakes were tight and did not allow the van to roll freely. My winch would not pull this van onto my trailer.

At long run, Auto Trans Express delivered my van.

This service provider did not complete the job. After picking the van from its original place, he took it to a different destination, claiming his truck could not continue anymore. This was after I made deposit payment of $64.00, plus another request of $50.00, totalled $114.00, excluding $28.00 fees to Uship. He claimed Uship did not pay the initial $64.00 to him, neither have I got refund. The van is still in his possession, and noone from Uship is showing forward to assist me to get my van.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I made phone contact to where the van was to be picked, and I found out that this service provider did not show up at the pickup location, despite calling the guy to inform him he was going to be there at 3a.m.
Secondly, when this service provider tested me that he could not pick the van because the brakes were locked, I asked him why the person at the place could not help him, he said the guy was not around. I immediately called the guy, who was still around waitng for the service provider.

I showed up at 2:30 am, pickup location said I could show up anytime but that he would not be there. I showed up and could not winch this 15 pass van with sticky brakes onto my trailer. I left text msg with customer later in the morning to tell him I was unsuccessful at 1st attempt and this cancellation is his 1st and only response. Sorry for inconvenience!
