Steve saved my bacon for a last-minute long-distance move. Very accommodating and communicative on the pickup and was fun to work with during loading. Smooth coordination on the dropoff, even in the rain. Would definitely recommend!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Great communications up until booking. I was hesitant to book based on other reviews detailing last minute cancellations but decided to take a chance. I planned my whole move contingent on the shipper being able to deliver. I tried contacting shipper after cancellation with no luck. Now I'm stuck in the lurch.

Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. Trent showed up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally. He was very pleasant to deal with and even helped move a sofa that was not listed in the shipment, from another location. I would highly recommend.

Ernest was very easy to work with. Understandably, there were some delays on the day of pickup, but he came on the day he said he would. I asked him to stay in contact with my by phone so I could plan accordingly, and he did exactly that. The move couldn't have been smoother. 20 minutes to load, 30 to unload, and that was it. Delivery in NY arrived within 48 hours of pickup in NC. Can't beat that.

Myers did a great job. Only problem was that pickup was a day later than originally planned, but everything worked out fine. Delivery came faster than expected, and as mentioned by others here, he took great care packing my things. Overall an excellent experience, and as painless a move as I imagine is possible.
