I have transported for this customer is breeder in the past. As always the dog was good. Pick up was scheduled for May 8 and delivery on May 9. Pick up and delivery or made on schedule. It is good to see that our military takes very good care of their retired. Customer was available upon request for delivery. Payment code provided upon request. NT

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The woman with the pup would not release the pup by the date posted on Uship and wants to keep the pup another week which is not on my schedule to go back down south.

the listing is updated to show the date the trainer will release the dog, I am at the mercy of the trainer with the pup and due to rain, etc..I posted that the dog would be ready after 4/30 not on 4/30, which is what I was told at the time, which has now changed. I let the shipper know immediately that I was at the mercy of the puppy trainer and hoped they could work it out. I am very flexible when it is in my control as referenced by the other shipment feedback.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved dog trainer could not release her early to correspond to shipper's schedule

Dates posted were 4/30-5/3 which I could accommodate 4/30. Had sent a question letting her know before accepting her offer I could pick up 4/30. She accepted and now has cancelled. Mary informed me that the trainer will not be ready and wants to keep dog till next weekend. I see she has re-posted with same dates as before. Think she should have modified the dates before posting.

the good: picked up same day delivered 2 days later super fast the not so good….. drilled my husband about another bringing a car back from our car dealer which was not our deal, and we knew nothing about, delivered the car with dead battery..not his fault, but I had to push the vehicle off the truck, and he stated that he heard some alarm going off all night, so clearly he could have at least been aware that there was a problem had no jumper cables good--veteran…as a vet myself, lo

This shipper was incredible. He was very gentle and professional with the care of the cats. He was very receptive to making the cats as comfortable as possible, and even "fellin love" with them on the way! Transporting 3 cats can't be easy and he did it well and all the cats arrived safely. I would highly recommend this shipper, and I am not easily impressed.
