Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I booked this shipment over three weeks ago. I have emailed and called the provider but have not got a response. Iron planet is going to charge me a storage fee if not picked up so I am having another shipper pick this item up.

The pickup location stated they would help load but ended up not billy took care of it got me my load fast with no problems couldn't ask for anything else thanks billy for your help

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I don't know what to do but cancel I have spoke to the shipper they say they have went to pick it up twice and they are told there is no shipment I spoke to iron planet and they say the shipment is there the shipper must not be showing the release form which i sent them if item isn't picked up in next week they will consider it abandoned and i loose it. I will get another shipper quickly

Our carrier went in on two separate occasions with release forms in hand and the were told there was no freight for them. Not sure what the problem was.

Good hauler picked up my roller and dropped it off very quickly would use again

Faster than ups ken picked up my item tuesday morning and I had it later that afternoon he didnt try to overcharge me and made sure I knew where he was and when he would be delivering you can tell he doesnt overbook he takes on a job and intends to do it right

Got the load here even fixed the lights that werent working at no charge did a good job
