The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This isn't really the service provider's fault. I received an e-mail from you (uShip) less than an hour before the scheduled pickup (the driver was right on time) that said I needed to get a customs broker for my shipment to Canada. I couldn't find a broker and do the paperwork in time and the driver said he couldn't receive the shipment until I had a broker and associated paperwork.

Shipment was damaged in transit. Luckily my customer accepted it as is and decided to repair the damage rather than wait for me to make new parts.
