A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I communicated clearly with this shipper that I had an uncovered pickup truck. I informed her that I would tarp and wrap the items. It took me 16 hours to cross Nevada, St. George to Reno, and 16 back, due to inclement weather, that was not a mind change, that was unforeseen weather.
I was left with the impression that I would have load help at origin, and not at dest., I communicated that I was solo, the whole process, and then suddenly that was a problem. I also resent the inference of theft

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This guy has changed his arrival times several times and my parents have changed their vacation plans two times to accommodate his time frame. He put that he is full service but wanted my family to help him load the sectional, they both have bad backs. It is snowing and he has no shell or cover for his truck. I don't trust that my shipment will ever make it to our home. I spoke with him just now and cancelled and all he had to say was "no problem" This man is not reliable.

I informed shipping party I would be solo in SLC, and without a shell. I was told not a problem.Inclement weather kept me in Nevada two full days more than I planned, 16 hours St George to Reno, each way... And I would shell the goods in Nampa prior to delivering to Portland. It was okay to be tarped out of SLC at bid acceptance. I resent the insinuation of foul play or theft, and as far as the "no problem", I could tell this was trouble at that point, and was not worth arguing over.
