Great shipment! Shipper was well prepared, had a very good professional persona, and kept in constant communication through our whole moving process.

The shipper had no one to help carry items, and got an individual who was there to open the door to help him carry items in. Things were scratched and broken upon arrival, after initial shipping date was pushed back a few days by the shipper.
