Shipment was delivered safely, so that's that. Pickup and drop-off dates were completely blown off because Montway bid on this without having a driver arranged. I called their customer service, which were all very helpful people, and I was told that there was nothing they could do to get my vehicle shipped on the dated I requested. Probably won't use a broker next time.
