The communication from Hisun Motors is horrible. It would take sometimes more than a day to get a response. We agreed to pick up an additional unit and told them it was a COD shipment and it took almost three weeks to get paid. I would not recommend transporting for this company until they work out all the kinks to make it run more smoothly, and communicate without delay as a carriers time is more valuable than the load they carry.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy told me several different times he would be picking up our shipment, and would never show up. i could never get him to email me back for days back the pick up and what was going to with it. and he never answered the phone for me or the pick up when they tried calling him back to find out why he never showed up. this is super unacceptable. this was expected to be picked up 2 weeks ago. i wish i could give no stars if it was possible!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from timsoto25: Had trouble getting the repairs done in time for us to get this unit and another shipment interfered. Maybe next time.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier called he cannot handle this shipment. The unit is not running. His trailer is too high to get the unit be loaded.
