The original agreement was to have to piano, piano bench, and box of music picked up in 7-days and have the delivery arrive 14-days after pick-up. That turned into 2-months of continual follow-up to get the piano picked up and another 3-months to get it delivered. The contractor had the piano and I had already repaid the freight, so I felt I had limited leverage to get the delivery completed. I doubt I would ever use this service or recommend others using it.
