Mike was great to deal with. He showed up on time, was quick to load and secured my bikes in a manner that was up to my standards. We exchanged contact info and off he went. Much as promised he arrived in a timely manner. The bikes were in perfect condition and he offloaded quickly. It is experiences like this that restore my faith in UShip. I am very pleased with Mike's service and will use him again.

This was a complete nightmare. Dave sent a driver to pick up my brand new KTM 450 that was a gift for my son. The driver secured the bike and left. I was careful to make sure that I used a company with insurance. The bike was to be delivered to Colorado a few weeks later. I received a call the day after delivery was supposed to take place and was informed that Dave had lost my bike in Albuquerque, NM and the best part was that he was uninsured! I am still without a bike and $8500.....

I ship often and I can say without a doubt that Ramon is the most professional hauler I have dealt with. He was on-time for the pickup, texted me upon loading, texted me when leaving, texted throughout the pull and followed me right to me house where he assisted with unloading. His truck was clean and new and his manner of securing the bike was solid. Ramon was very careful with all aspects of the trip. His communication was first rate and he was on time. Great guy that does what he says.

Lynn was fantastic to work with!! This gentleman stayed in contact prior to pick up, showed up on time ready to roll, had all the right equipment, and followed through. Then, to add to his praise, I had 2 tires blow and he got it handled in less than 3 hours and was back on the road. The guy is amazing. Stayed in contact daily and delivered the trailer to the exact location and parked just as I requested. We are out of town so he even texted a pic. Best service I have experienced!!
