The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Great customer to deal with (at least his friend). We had a little bit of a communication problem at first but his friend stepped in and became our translator. He was very patient and understanding. The issue was that the wheels where 8' 4" wide like he had posted but the tractor itself was 11' wide and I tried to get an oversize permit but the state denied request for the permit for unspecified reason.
