The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Pick up the shipment there were scratches on the shipment customer decided that they wanted to get it fixed and have another carrier pick it up after it was repaired

A couple days ago I had a back injury and I have been fighting the situation and it is no longer an option I am finishing
