I would NOT recommend Echo Logistics at all to anyone. We shipped 12 units, 9 showed up damaged. Paid for extra insurance through Echo. Echo subcontracted CentralTransport. Drove Hi-Lo through 9 units. Then took 6 months to deny claim. All claim docs say 120 days. ECHO blames everything on CT and act like they are not a party to any of the transaction. Denied the claim based on improper packaging. We shipped approx. 131 total units in same packaging with no damage through other LTL transports.
