Ian kept me informed throughout the process. We both had schedule issues but Ian was willing to workout the timing to both of our advantage and was more than accommodating on my special requests at the delivery end. Great job, I would definitely work with him again.

Once the trucker contacted me they picked up and delivered when they said they would. A little more communication in between would have been appreciated since we have had experience where this was not the case and it is tough to make plans when you don't know when your shipment is going to arrive. They did not use the satellite tracking system like they said they would.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It is 11 days after confirmation of this booking. After several/daily calls and to the broker and promises to dispatch and schedule a pickup of my vehicle they still have not been able to anyone is scheduled to pick up my vehicle. The broker has offered to cancel the shipment themselves.

Tim and his wife did a great job and kept me informed of when they were picking up and delivering my boat and made arrangements on both ends of the trip. And they arrived when they said they would. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.
