This trip was a practical nightmare. Nothing that anybody could of predicted or stopped, however. After picking up the car I was shut down for 8 hours. That made me miss the delivery day and I had to leave after 3:00 PM to drive down. I was about 4 hours from drop off when I had a tire blow out. Luckily I had found a after hours company who got it fixed within a few hours and replaced my tire on the trailer so I could make delivery on time this morning. Kyle was overall understanding though.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were doing our best to find a driver for Kyle, we promised 4 business days to find a driver, and we did find him on the forth day. We do everything to make our customers happy and to approve their trust to ship their vehicles with us and we were just to pay $242 more to ship his vehicle, because driver wanted to ship it for $700 (total $458), when our customer refused recieving payment, he told us to send $242 to the driver and so were ready to do it but then he cancelled. We did our job.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My truck is inoperable and can't be fixed before Wednesday. I can not pick up the load at the agreed upon date or time.
The customer did not answer so I left a voicemail explaining the situation.
