EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! It was an absolute delight working with Danielle and Chris. They took wonderful care of my 2 blue dobie pups and shared communication constantly, as well as pictures throughout the trip. Even horrible weather and traffic did not spoil their positive attitude. Good job! I hope to work with them again in the future. Very professional drivers. 10 Star performance!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! Jim and his son drove our pup from eastern NC to Austin, TX and provided constant communication along the way. It was a super pleasant experience that totally relieved the stress from the two previous transporters who did NOT work out. I will definitely look to Doughboy Express for future transports of our dogs! Thank you for a great trip!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time When we spoke Wednesday evening, he stated he would be here on Saturday to pick up this pup and be driving right out to TX.
He stated he would call Friday night to check in and discuss ETA. He didn't
He emailed to say he would be calling around noon today (8/15) and be here this evening. He didn't call and he isn't even close to NC. Pup had to be picked up by 8/16 and delivered to TX by 8/18 according to the order.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time transporter could not meet my req shipment dates and has not communicated well to try to reschedule shipment.Original transportation change of schedule was 2 hours before puppy was supposed to be picked up.I was holding onto the shipment for the benefit of the transporter supposedly cancelling 3 other shipments on this trip.I'm fine with cancelling since I wanted to do it 3 days ago but was talked into "giving her another chance" I will NOT be using this transporter again

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped puppy sale to buyer in VT was cancelled due to conflict with buyers' payment being on time prior to date of transport. Sale was cancelled.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Communication is sparse and this shipped is marked "suspended account" since I accepted the bid. After a week, they are still unable to give me a firm date for delivery and the puppy buyer and I both need to make plans around this transport. Responses to my emails are not in a timely manner. I do not feel comfortable turning my puppy over to this transporter, and I need to relist it immediately so I can get another driver lined up for the trip. I no longer need my item(s) shipped Puppy buyer is stressing out about having her puppy "transported" and is going to drive here to get the puppy, with her husband, personally. I have communicated with this driver and explained the situation to him, and he is agreeable to cancel the trip. This transporter has gone over and above tip-top communication throughout the bidding process, and has been extra professional with his questions and responses. I hope to use this transporter in the future, despite this cancellation

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have emailed the provider twice since shipment was awarded, with no response to either email. After reading the "excessive cancellations" on this account, and the reasons for the cancellations, I do not feel comfortable with this provider handling my puppy shipment. I preferred having this puppy delivered to FL this Saturday, but allowed for an extended time period for a shipper due to the holiday and the short notice (because my last transporter cancelled last minute due to an accident). I

Very pleasant experience working with Annika and Jason. They were very professional, took great care of Gunner until he was delivered safely to his new family. They worked their way through the ice/winter storm of the century, and didn't blink. I hope to work with them again in the future and was very satisfied with the working experience we had.
