Eric was great. He kept up with any questions I had and kept open a great line of communication. He even let me know that the shipment was going to be delayed by a day or so when the weather on the east coast got a bit hairy for him.
It showed too me that he was responsible and cared about the work he was doing for me.
Also! My work schedule hindered the new delivery date and he worked it out on his end so that I could be the one to personally receive the bike on my off day.
