I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Ich habe den Auftrag Ostermontag Abend erteilt. Ich habe dann Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag Morgen angerufen und wurde immer wieder vertröstet, dass der Fahrer bzw. Ehemann nicht erreichbar sei und sie sich bei mir melden. Ich wurde nie zurückgerufen. Auf zwei Emails von meiner Seite wurde ebenfalls nicht reagiert. Seit gestern Abend erreiche ich das Unternehmen nun auch nicht mehr telefonisch. Deshalb möchte ich den Auftrag stornieren und neu vergeben.
