The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment From the very beginning I knew there was some type of conflict in the pick up however the shipper continued to lead to me believe that he could accommodate. He then said he could do it 2 days later after the agreed date but later cancelled because he overbooked. Basically wasted a week of my time; now have to start the whole process over again.
