I no longer needed the item(s) shipped He took my credit card a week ago (11/23/10) and stated that they may not be able to pick up my shipment until friday. Well here it is Wed. and he claims that their credit card company filed bankrupty 2 days ago and they cant do pickup until they are paid. He just messed up and will not admit it. I asked him to find out what happened and call me back TODAY. His response is to cancel the uship order. Go Figure. If you want clear communication these people are not you you. Response from JonesLTL: Mike fails to admit he refused to pay for his shipment and insisted on services not included in his contract. We had no choice but to cancel service. Our call logs indicate at least 5 calls and emails to him regarding payment and the details of hi shipment.

If you are tired of the nonsence of the big shipper and want honest, personalized service then this is the guy for you. Whenever I have something that is going up the east cost Chris is always going to be my perfered shipper. Response from bluecast4yourshipment: Thanks Mike!
