The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Die Kommunikation war eher kompliziert, so dass bereits die Terminierung des Transports erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage zustandekam. Zwischen Nachfrage und Antworten verging in der Regel mehr als eine Arbeitswoche. Auch die Absage des eigentlich ausgemachten Transporttermins erfolgte erst auf Nachfrage, nachdem der ausgemachte Zeitraum bereits verstrichen war. Letztendlich gab der Spediteur nach und nach verschiedene Gründe an, weshalb der Transport auch Wochen nach Angebotserteilung nicht möglich
