She refuses to hold customers accountable when no response and no show. Refuses to pay storage and redelivery fees. Provided an additional discount to get the items out of our storage. She then hires a cheap drunk 1 man and a chevy pick up to hog tie the items in hos unprotected truck bed. Drive the items 300 miles and then attempt to blame us for damage. We have photo record and video record of drunk who hauled her items. No ackowledgment of any courtesy or effort provided. Do not provide
