After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer i spoke with customer about this load and apologize for my driver not picking it up yet but must of my drivers has been to the area the piece is to be pickup and refuse to more it do to the spikes and when i told him he siad they would resell it if it not picked up and it made me uncomfortable

This customer was a pleasure to deal with and remained patient while I struggled to get his shipment picked up, and while the driver took an unathorized 2 day stop at home before delivering! I hope to do more business in the future and appreciate the referrals this customer gave me. Thank you Leo!

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up on time, and did not return my phone calls or emails for over 10 days, I now have some else picking them up.

The customer(Leo Brobbel/Industrial Buckets)accepted my bid and then immediately gave my phone number and contact info to what he claimed to be a local service provider to himself (James/haystormindustries)because he was going to BC.and would pickup the shipment as it turned out (James/HaystormIndustries)never did,all he did was give my phone number to his buddy that was out there in BC.and all the buddy did was call me and try to jack me to pay him a higher rate,Leo called made other arangment

Arrived late, but good to deal with, cause was because of other truckers not being able to cross into Canada.
